Following graduation David was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2014.

David specialises in personal injury litigation, including high value & complex litigation matters such as catastrophic injuries, road traffic accidents, medical negligence and defamation.

David brings his own style and specific skills to any matter on which he advises. He regularly represents clients in respect of their dealings with the Child & Family agency (TUSLA) and is proficient in managing a high volume case loads. His broad knowledge, specialized skills and fierce commitment to the interests of his clients ensures that favorable outcomes are consistently achieved.

David receives a high rate of referral work from word of mouth, former clients and indeed from other lawyers and colleagues. 

Phelim O'Neill​

Phelim graduated with a B.A.(Hons) and LL.B. (Hons) from NUI, Galway, before continuing his studies at the University of Law in Chester where he was award a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2006.

Phelim was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of England and Wales and subsequently was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2008.

In 2009 Phelim was awarded an LL.M (first class honours) in Technology Law and Governance from the National University of Ireland.

Phelim's practice focuses on litigation (Criminal and Civil) and he has been involved in a number of high profile cases. Phelim acts for a wide range of clients from corporate entities to private individuals. ​
